Recent anti smoking laws require no smoking anywhere in Brimar Guest House except in specially designated smoking bedrooms.
We have a few bedrooms designated for smokers. Please make it clear to our staff when you make your booking the type of room you require.
We cannot guarantee that smoking rooms will be available though we will try to accommodate your request if at all possible.
If you are in a non-smoking room please be aware that statutory fines are possible for smokers who ignore the new laws. Smoking is permitted outside in our car park.
