"This guest house is everything it is advertised to be. It is extremely clean and well looked after. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and the breakfast is good with a friendly waitress. It is a little outside the centre of Southampton but has good motorway access and off road parking. Myself and my partner had a very enjoyable stay here and would happily return."
